I have waited the 48+ hours and emailed support. Does anyone have a tip of any sort or know how long this takes?

Bonanza’s response to this error from another seller

This error is assigned when an account is put on hold (usually your account is missing required information). Booths in this state need to be manually approved by support. When you receive that error, support will also receive a request to review your booth.
