Some of my pictures are not showing up here when items from ebay are imported. Does anyone know why and is there anything I can do to fix that? Thanks for any help.

Since you are not specific as to how many are missing or if this is the first time you have done an import, or if it is an item that was imported, exported changed and imported again..It is hard to answer your question.
So I will just give information at from the ebay import [URL removed]

Does it import my pictures?
Yes, the importer will import the first four pictures that it can find associated with your item. Note that images that are embedded via HTML in the description for the item may not be picked up by the importer, but it usually does a pretty good job of discovering what your pictures are and how to grab them, especially if they were uploaded via the standard eBay listing form
Pictures are only imported once, when the item is first created. The eBay importer will only grab the pictures for an item when that item is first discovered on eBay. So, if you were to post an item on eBay, import it to Bonanza, return to eBay and revise the listing to add more pictures, and then re-import that listing to Bonanza, the item would not show the extra pictures that you added upon revising it. In this case, your best bet is to delete and re-import the item.
If either one of these is not the case, then you should contact support@bonanza.com to find out if there was some kind of glitch during import…

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
