I received an email from Bonanza suspending my booth due to prohibited items listed. What a sham, as I have no more listed than other vendors.
They say to delete these items but do not identify them, and there is no way to access the items in my booth any longer.
Insult to injury – they are not responding to my written help requests.
Anyone out there know what can be done in a case like this?

Hi vendbill,
So sorry to hear your support inquiry has not been responded to yet. I looked at your booth, and you just need to remove the weapons you had listed. To do so, point to “Selling” at the top left of any page and in the drop-down menu click on “Batch Edit”. You will see your list of items there. Check next to any knives, swords and battle-axes you have listed, then in the toolbox up top click on Delete. Apply Changes. That’s it! Just drop us a note at support@bonanza.com and we’ll get you back online. To see our list of prohibited items follow this link [URL removed]

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
