I’m in the process of reviewing available product. Deleteing the dead wood as they say. I can not sort thru my store inventory. Take the word Butterfly. When I went into Edit – then searched for butterfly nothing comes up except the total inventory count. I tried in internet explorer and in chrome – same results – I don’t want to close my store. I do get an occasional sale here plus I just like it but I don’t want to disappoint a buyer nor get charged for an item that I don’t have. Any suggestions?

Hi @DazzleCity,
Thank you for your post and so sorry for any trouble this has caused. Thank you to the additional contributors on this post who reported similar issues as well. Last week we pushed some updates to the site that were causing problems with the “Add or edit items” page. Those issues should be resolved now. If you are still experiencing trouble, please contact us at support@bonanza.com and we will be happy to look deeper into the issue. Thank you!

It’s not just your booth. Searching my own booth did not display proper results. In fact ALL of my items were returned as results.
I’m betting that the Bonanza search is temporarily “broken” or undergoing some updates that necessitate it being down.
[URL removed] Sometime between my original post around 2:15 and 6:20 pm EST the same day, the search function started working again as it should.

This may be a site wide thing. I searched for 1964 Kennedy Half Dollars and had to scroll through five pages before I saw the first one. Like the first answer they (Bonanza) may be working on or updating.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
