"items last sent to google" not updating?

Morning!
The “items last sent to google” hasn’t updated in a few days-is there something new going on? (I’ve tried “forcing” an update, and still nothing)

Google does what google wants to do. That greedy beast is not our friend any longer, nor will it ever be again. I know many don’t want to believe it, but if you do some research you could learn so much that would make your blood curdle. I don’t know why there isn’t more emphasis put on Yahoo!, Bing

It often goes several days if you haven’t added anything. Go to Sell On Bonanza and click the green update booth Icon. That should get it current.

I am guessing there is something going on…since I have had sales and the update should be automatic and it hasn’t occurred since the 6th……But since they are redesigning the My Bonanza Page..the link on the page may be disabled and though the feed is updating it is not telling us…who knows…

Hopefully, Mark will come by and let us know if there is something going on

I noticed this too. I hit the green update button every day, whether I’ve added anything or not. It usually shows the date change within seconds, but it’s now stuck on the 9th, no matter how many times I update. This happened to me some time ago and I waited quite awhile thinking it would eventually update again. It didn’t and support had to do something to it. It could have something to do with the new My Bonanza page as CCMom mentioned.

Mine is stuck on the 5th. I’m inclined to think Cindy’s idea is correct.

I thought i asked about that one time thru support, and im pretty sure they told me (dont remember exactly now) but that items are sent to google either every few days or once a week.

It used to be every 2 weeks unless things changed – additions, deletions, edits, etc.

I’m having the same problem, since 7/9. I noticed this morning that it isn’t even adding newly listed items to my booth!
Terrible time for this to happen, during “Christmas In July”!
I contacted support, they sent responded with a canned list of instructions on how the Google works, etc. None of it helpful, as all the info is available HERE!
They followed that up with an email saying that my support ticket is closed and the problem resolved.
Sigh ..

Ditto on the 9th for “Items last sent to Google”- update first thing every morning- but if you look at litem views for yesterday and today at least those show up. Also Lexity down for 5 days now- have been told not sure if Bonz problem or Lexity problem

I stopped using lexity a long time ago. It was never accurate, there would be times there was someone in my booth yet it told me there was 0 visits there. wasn’t worth my time.

That’s exactly it. I was updating it every day, no problem. And now, it’s still stuck on the 9th.

Mine is also stuck on the 9th for items last sent to Google.

I am having the same problem. Put our booth on vacation mode for a few days and reactivated it. Now it will not upload to Google anymore. Hasn’t done so since 7/7. Normally hitting the “update” button in the booth will trigger an upload but no luck.

What on Earth is going on? We cannot let days continuously go by without reaching the most popular marketplace. This is very unprofessional.
