Hi,
I have been waiting over 3 business days for the said 24 hour activation of my booth.
Please let me know what the next steps are (other than maybe trying e-bay).
This is the message I [URL removed]
Lookin’ Good!
The Bonanza elves will activate your account within 24 hours. In the meantime, feel free to keep adding items and getting your booth ready to launch once it’s been approved.Add or edit your items below, or import items from eBay, Etsy, Amazon, or an inventory file.
Yes, I have opened tickets with support. Still nothing. Other than the robomail we got your ticket and will respond in 24 hours.
How long did you have to wait to open a booth?
Any tips?
Thanks.

Hi Go_IT,
Thanks for reaching out and so sorry for the delay. Our support team is getting lots of love from shoppers and sellers right now and are doing our best to get to all requests in a reasonable time. It sounds like your booth requires manual review and approval from our team. We appreciate your patience as we do our best to make sure Bonanza remains a safe place to shop.
PS, it is really helps to speed things up if you send only one request per incident to support. We are usually pretty good about identifying duplicate requests and merging them but that takes time away from original requests too. Thank you for your help with this and your patience.
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

It took them about that long to activate mine as well. Just email them. I know, it’s frustrating. Hang in there! Welcome to Bonz!

Thank you all for your replies and encouragement.
Never fear. They are still in business and did respond.
Just a case of setting wrong expectations.
The issue is now resolved – the account setup was missing a debit/credit card – not sure if I missed it somehow or the option was not showing before it was actually reviewed. Hopefully this helps someone facing the same.
PS. BonanzaKaty – here is a run-down of the experience, hoping you can improve on it for future [URL removed]
Create booth – receive e-mail that based on workload it will take 4 hours to review – next day still seeing the same message – submit ticket – receive robomail stating 24 hours for a response to the ticket (at most) – 3 days later – still nothing – last ditch attempt for another ticket, in case it was somehow lost. Also post here. Later received response to both tickets, with explanation that my setup needed a credit/debit card set up.
One way to possibly improve/prevent this experience – have the website check for and show what is still missing rather than the misleading “Lookin’ good…” message.
Good luck!

I have paid my seller fees, but still waiting for the elves to activate my booth? its been over 24 hours now
I had a buyer who also canceled a order, I refunded him through paypal, but still getting a message to Refund the buyer?
I spent hours uploading new items to my booth, today they were not visible.
Very fustrating, please help me fix these problems, I have sent several emails to support.
All I want to do, is list and sell more items as I have paid for Pro, but dont seem to be getting the benifits of it. Before these issues are fixed, I will probably have another bill due for my Pro account.
Please Help!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
