Each state is different..you will have to go to your state’s Business Liscense website/office to apply
My state it is called Business Licenses & Permits and we can apply on line
Just search for business licenses with your state name..
You may wish to check, since in some cases a license may not be neccessary depending on certain conditions

you may not need a license depending on the state. you may need a resale license or permit. consult with someone knowledgeable with your state laws
