Are we suppose to delete google checkout?

Recieved a message from GOOGLE that they are no longer in the payment business. Is this true and should we take it off our aceepted payment plans?

Google checkout will be discontinued in November for actual goods (digital goods can use google wallet)…

I got the message almost 2 weeks ago…they sure are taking their time letting some folks know

I believe Bonanza says they will remove the GCO button when necessary

Short term we are going to of course remove the Google Wallet option. Long term we are going to investigate adding the ability for sellers to add their own merchant accounts. Programming is already investigating this but from what I understand it is rather daunting. That is where we stand as of today :)
