Simply do not sign up for any advertising. Your fees will stay at 3.5%

Your FVF are based on your advertising levels and how many ad views your item received…you can check how many ad clicks your item received by clicking on the blue (i) on your statement for the month.

PennyLaneTreasures said before “I am at the basic level as I tried a higher level but it did not improve the sales.”:

Since Your fees are again about 13.5% (which means You have set advertising level at least at 19% superior fees), is it possible that You are reading wrongly Your broadcaster data?
OR, when you tried to set it back to 3.5%, there could be some temporary glitch on B. site and Your change hasn’t been saved?

So, just check it here [URL removed] again, to be absolutely sure and then contact support, as we can’t check Your data.

Good luck!
