Sorry for the confusion. It sounds like you might be trying to cancel your eBay sync. You can do so from your “My Booth > Import from eBay” page. Here is a direct [URL removed]

Scroll down to the “eBay sync info” box and click the link to “Cancel or revise automatic inventory synchronizing.” That will turn off your eBay sync. If you see the green “Import items” button showing on the Import from eBay page, that means your sync is turned off.
