Background burner is not working.

The burns are not complete, the downloads links are half displayed on the page. When I try to delete a photo, because it came back looking like a complete mess, it copies it. I can’t get any work done. Please help!!! I have logged in and out at least half a dozen times and I have restarted my computer twice.

This may be a sneaky way of getting a good burn, but what i do is go list items I want to sell on Tradesy, they will burn your image within 24 hours. if my item has not sold there in a reasonable amt. of time, i save that burned image to my computer, and then use it to list here on bonanza.

The Background Burner works like a champ but even champs need a little love sometimes (i.e. Rocky needed Adrian). If the Background Burner is not working for you then the best channel to report that would be burner@bonanza.com or our main contact [URL removed] [URL removed]

We have full time developers dedicated to enhancing and fixing such things but it becomes challenging when we do not have specific examples to provide them so we can address. If you would be so kind to forward your example(s) then we will get it in their hot little hands asap. Thank you for taking time out of your day to help us improve the Background Burner for all.
