Bonanza rules
I have gotten in trouble twice now, once for mentioning facebook in a message to a customer and now again for mentioning invoicing because the customer was having a hard time understanding how to check out in my store…. I cannot find these rules or any rule like them on here under “rules” that I will probably break and find out the hard way. Is anyone else having any issues? I am not trying to not pay my fees, I’m just trying to help a customer who isn’t understanding bonanza’s layout and I don’t want to lose a sale over it. Also ironically, I did find it stated on here that you are not allowed to have an item listed here and on another website (cc) are concurrently listed for sale on a web site other than Bonanza’s) wouldn’t that rule shut a lot of people down? lol

This is an official Bonanza response.

“Rules” and “Bonanza” in the same sentence looks a little off. We have always tried to have as little rules as possible (so far so good). It sounds like you are referring to what we call “Circumventing Checkout.” Basically that means that buyers that come to Bonanza to purchase are being directed to complete their purchases outside of Bonanza. Buyers having trouble checking out is not something that we would classify as circumventing checkout. First and foremost we want you to make the sale. I will be sure to follow up on this and review the process to make sure we are not addressing something that should have never been addressed. Additionally we are in the process of adding the ability for buyers to be invoiced via Bmail, so that should help a ton.

The last line you write about concurrently listing on another site, basically that means that the items you list on Bonanza must be available for sale. So you can list the item where you like, but if it is on Bonanza, and it sells, then you are expected to have that item available for your Bonanza buyer.
