I got an email from a buyer wanting to cancel an order via his personal email. He did try to click “Contact seller” to ask for the cancellation but there was no response so he used other method.
I have checked my email and any notifications in Bonanza.com but didn’t see the message.

You should stick to the regular, verified way of canceling the order, unless the buyer used PayPal & the email is related to that account or was used as payment, because you will need to be able to verify the cancellation. however it was paid is how it needs to be cancelled, you should use only the information provided in the transaction, & if you need help canceling the order contact Support. there should be an option to cancel on Bonanza & if you can’t find that, contact support. Good luck!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
