I sold an item and the buyer paid me with her amazon credit card
and I did not want to register at amazon as a seller and therefore, my buyer got a full refund, and Bonanza.com never helped me cancel this order or refunded me for my selling fees, plus the label I created at bonanza was never voided, I lost 24 dollars here
this site is very complicated as a seller has no right to cancel a sale or to void a shipping label, very frustrating

Hi @finesoaps,
Thanks for your post and so sorry this transaction did not work out! @ccmom’s answer was right on the money. Here is also a help page that has those same instructions for canceling a transaction on [URL removed] [URL removed]
If you need to have a shipping label voided and refunded, please contact us at support@bonanza.com with the order number. It does look like you’ve already opened a ticket with us, and one of our agents will get this resolved for you as soon as possible! Thank you!

The refund of a sale is by definition the cancellation of the sale
To get a return of fees for a cancelled sale…
Go to
Selling Dashboard
Billing Statements
Find the invoice
There should be a red X next to the fee, click on it fill out the information to request the return of your fees
If the fee is in a past statement that has already been paid, then your account will be credited on the next bill.
If the fee is on a current statement then the fee is removed from the statement
There should be an option to request a refund of the shipping label (I know it can be done through PayPal or USPS site)..usually labels are automatically refunded if not used within 30 days…

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
