hi. I just joined yesterday and I can’t list any items. I get this message when I click add an item.
“Whoops. There was an error.
There was an error processing your previous request. We have been notified and will take a look at it shortly."
thank you.

Sorry for the trouble. It looks like your profile page is empty (with the exception of your postal code and email address). That could be the source of the error. If you go to this link https://www.bonanza.com/users/9384951/edit and complete your profile (address, etc) and save that information, then we can test that theory. If you continue to have trouble please contact our support team at support@bonanza.com or click on the “Contact” link at the bottom of any Bonanza page to connect with our support team.

Nothing works. Ebay synchronized, yet cannot see ‘Proceed’ button to activate booth, many buttons not working yet Javascript was recently updated.
It’s been over a day, and seems to be a waste of time if nothing can be updated. Even clicking ‘edit’ to add any details to page either has no response or sends one back to the top of the page.
Very frustrating…

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
