Cancel transaction or a sale

Hi everyone,

I was a bit away from bonanza for sometime. A buyer brought an item. But it was broken so I cannot send it. I have mailed the buyer and refunded the money. Now is there anything I have to do here? I am so sad for this. I hope the buyer will understand my problem.

If the purchase was made in June, then

My Bonanza
Fees Owed
Click on link under May’s bill that says “See Activity Since Last Bill”

Click on the link
Find the transaction and under that there will be a link that says, Request Refund (a link for requesting a refund of the transaction)

If the purchase was in May, and you have not paid your fees yet, just click on the transaction and click on request refund link

Have the Paypal transaction refund number to for the request

Is there a way to cancel the transaction on Bonanza? I cancelled a sale yesterday per the buyer’s request. I even received an email from Bonanza that the sale was cancelled. But the sale still shows up on My Bonanza, and since I can not marked it as shipped, I am afraid it will affect my rating

I cancelled the payment at Amazon with no problem. Got the refund on fees from Bonanza with no problem. But the sale still shows on My Bonanza page.

There is no way to remove the transaction in “my Bonanza”. Don’t mark it shipped and it won’t effect your rating. You may get an email from Bonanza saying to ship, but just ignore.

Sorry…about that…but you can click on the link on the upper right hand corner of the transaction that [URL removed] Permanently hide this transaction. It will remove it from you Items Sold list..bonz does not remove it automatically. Some people prefer to keep a record of even cancelled transactions.

You can hide the transaction “items sold” page if you don’t want to see it. There is no other way of making it look like it never happened, that I am aware of.
