So I had to cancel a sale tonight. I refunded through PayPal and sent Bonanza a screen shot for the reversal fees. But the item still shows as “unshipped”. How do I make that go away…I don’t want it to affect my shipping status.

Go to the “selling” tab above. On the drop down menu click “recent sales”. Find the item you canceled and “permanently hide this transaction” in the upper right of the sales.

I have the same problem, why can’t bonanza simply add to Manage this transaction canceled or refunded and a space for a reason….

I believe you need more than a screenshot. Go to your bill, look at the bottom, it will [URL removed] request a refund on this bill…..Hit that and follow the instructions…..You will need the transaction # from paypal that shows you refunded them

The transaction will always be there unless you choose to permanently hid it…it stays that way because someone way back when requested that all invoices remain for record keeping…
PS no one sees your shipping status except you anyway

Thanks all, I guess Bonanza removed how fast we shipped items from our listings. I remember getting dinged for it a few years back and it showed on my listings that I took my time to ship! I agree with Dee Olson, it should be easier to manage these situations….Also, I did add the paypal refund transaction # to my refund request along with the picture.
