Received another email today, 7/23/16, saying that Bonanza is going to close my booth down on 8/6/16 if I don’t update my payment methods. Well guess what they shut my booth down on 7/15/16 and it is still shut down. Another interesting fact is my visitor count shows visits and items viewed. Now that is rather stranger as when I have searched items on Google and found them then clicked on the links it takes me to my booth but guess what, it says booth on vacation which is what Bonanza did to my booth. How much efficiency is here any more??? Your guess is good as mine.

As is with any selling venue, sellers must abide by the rules, policies and terms of use as set out by that selling venue and any changes, updates, etc that may be implemented along the way. It’s their site, their rules, and sellers abide by them, adjust to them, or make the necessary decisions to do what is best for their business.
Bonanza is what it is; not what it was…
whatever will be, will be….

Hi Sasswbe,
Thanks for reaching out to our Bonanza community. I had a look at your account. You do not have a payment processor set up. You need to have a way for folks to pay for your items before you put them online for sale.
If you click on Selling in the top left corner of the page (after you are logged in) you can then click on Booth Settings > Payment Processors. You can add a PayPal or Amazon Payments account there.
That’s it! If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to contact us at support@bonanza.com. Thanks!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
