Does anyone know if there’s a number you can call to talk to someone at Bonanza? Have sent e-mail but no response. Thanks for any help

Thanks for your post and so sorry to hear your email hasn’t been responded to yet. We do our best to answer inquiries as soon as they come in. We do not offer phone support for all sellers at this time, so sorry for any inconvenience that may cause. We are available via email at support@bonanza.com and live chat.

Sellers who subscribe at the Gold Pro membership level and higher are able to use the live chat feature. All Bonanza shoppers and Background Burner Pro users also have access Bonanza’s live chat support team.
Live chat is staffed Monday-Friday from 9AM to 5PM (PT), excluding major holidays. Inquiries submitted outside of regular business hours may experience a delayed response.

I don’t believe there is a phone number. However, it sometimes takes them a few days to answer an email. My emails have always been answered, it just sometimes takes a few days.
