In the past we were warned by paypal that we cannot use pp for pre-revolution items from Cuba.
I now see many seller here selling these items and using paypal.
What’s up with that ?

I’m already seeing items all over eb and other marketplaces and they all accept PayPal. I called myself last week regarding some cards we were hoping to sell. I was told that unofficially the sales are not being halted, but paypal has yet to change their written policy, so until that is updated your sales are still subject to restrictions.
