I BEEN TRYING TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE NEED SOMEONE TO PLEASE HELP OR SEND ME A LINK THANK YOU
Hi @MIRERICA,
Thanks for reaching out and so sorry for the trouble. You can cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Point your mouse over the “My Bonanza” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page, then select “Account settings” from the drop down. Click on the “Other options” tab and you will see a link to cancel your account.
If you have an active booth, you will need to first cancel your booth and then go back to your “My Bonanza > Account settings > Other options” page to cancel your account.
Hope that helps and so sorry to see you go. Feel free to come back at any time!

BonanzaKaty, It would help readers if you also explain how to cancel a booth.
Also, there is nothing about canceling when I get to Other Options.
The only area I find anything about cancelling the account is at Settings / Seller Settings. There it [URL removed]
“Cancelling your account? In order to cancel your account, please close your booth first.”
I already closed the booth and yet when I try to click on Cancelling your account nothing happens.
Now I’ll have to email Bonanza for help.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
