Anyone know what the criteria are to be upgraded from provisional status on your booth payment account?

My account status is now “approved”. In my case, and for another seller who I compared notes with, it appears the status changed once there were 10 sales (or actually 11, with 1 refunded).

My account still says provisional but I have noticed recently that I am getting paid quite a bit faster.

My moneys say provisional. How do I get my money? I am shutting off my credit card option if I cannot get my money in a timely manner. Very frustrated and do not want to play/ work like this.
