When I try to highlight text in order to edit the description of an item the whole page is bounced to the bottom. I scroll up the page and the whole box is highlighted.
To change one sentence and can’t do it unless I use the delete key to delete.
I can’t highlight to cut & paste, copy, cut, bold text etc.
Anyone else having this issue?
Support appears to be gone so we’re on our own to help each other.
We need the forums back if Support isn’t going to help and address problems. I haven’t contacted them because I did so on another issue a few days ago and haven’t heard back. They used to be so good about responding.
Wish I could change my vote.
Thanks for any input.

We find that our site features work best on Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Please make sure that you are working with the most up-to-date version of your browser. If clearing your current browser’s cache does not resolve your issue, we recommend using a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.
Our support department is currently receiving lots of love from buyers and sellers during this busy shopping season. If you have already contacted our team regarding your issue, you should be hearing back from us shortly. If possible, we request that you only submit one ticket per inquiry; while we are pretty good at identifying and merging duplicate tickets, this takes away from valuable time responding to user inquiries like yours. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Thank you for your response.
I use Safari and Firefox. The problem occurred with Safari so I’ll try Firefox.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
