Hello,
Last week we activated our membership amd our items have been in the booth for more than a year or so. We have had some sales ! So now we sould like to continue sell in Bonanza but this error error #563 keeps coming up and tells that there are 0 items in the webshop though there are some 50items in the booth. Is it something differrent? anyone has any idea what to do?
Thank you!

Sorry for the trouble error #563’ers :) This error is assigned when an account is put on hold (usually your account is missing required information). Booths in this state need to be manually approved by support. When you receive that error, support will also receive a request to review your booth. Best thing you can do prior to support manually reviewing your booth is to make sure to address the reason why your booth was put into that status.
Support has a large cache of tickets right now that we are working through. Hopefully we will be able to get to your requests soon. Thank you for your patience and support of Bonanza.

all was fine a couple of weeks ago, just returned from holidays & can’t get any items out of “reserve” – all I get is this #563 error message. I have 1100 item listings that are stuck in “reserve” mode and not able to show as for sale…thank goodness I have other selling venues to list on…

Logged into app and appeared active with items in the booth. Attempted to add an item and whole thing disappeared and went back to login screen with an error message. Seems like a constant issue from the comments here. Is it really worth it to deal with this screwed up system? I don’t know as can’t get a sale with little to no items listed

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
