I dont get any invoices for my sales nor for my commissions that Bonanza is charging me. This is creating huge issues as in Europe we must justify the money flow with legal invoices. While this platform constantly refuses to produce those invoices. Can you please share with me their phone number and their fiscal address and they registration number as company? Who are those guys behind this platform. Seems like they are not operating in legal ways.
I am no desperate since from February I am struggling with this topic and now we are in July and I still dont manage to get a solution from those replying to support email address.

Go to your selling dashboard. Billing tab, and then Statements. Once you have fees due, it will show once invoiced there. There is a printable version with a detailed breakdown of the sale price and fee.
Also you can go to selling dashboard, Reports tab. Click the Yearly reports which will show other things like sales taxes collected.
