Why are there so frequently issues uploading new items? I thought maybe downloading the Bonanza seller app might help but seems to have no effect. Every few days the entire website format (on my phone at least) changes & if I attempt to add something new in this different format “Whoops there was an error processing your request” yet in a day or 2 back to normal? This happens for no apparent reason & is simply a frustrating waste of time. Anyone know what causes it? Thanks for any information.

Thanks for writing. The phone app is being worked on right now. You should be able to use the mobile version of the site without a problem.

No answer, but I feel your pain. I’m having the same issue today and I use Edge for browser, so it’s not jus the app.
Frustrating? FOR SURE!! It takes 4 or 5 times trying to get one right today.
Hope Bonanza fixes it soon
