Glass lamp parts?

Hi all,

I have been trying to figure out what this is. I have four of them. They are 8 inches long. They have a metal band on the end, with some kind of chalk material in them. They were bought in the Washington, DC area. Thanks for your assistance!

they appear to be part of an epergne…there would have been four and they would attach at the base.
google epergne glass feather & you will see examples plus there is one that looks like your glass piece.

Is the “metal band” a cap? Are they curved in shape? Can’t quite tell what the shape is supposed to be.

Did you say that there seemed to be some “chalky” material inside?

The metal bands on the end – do they screw off?

The metal bands don’t screw off. Yes, they are curved, sort of look like a feather or leaf. Yes, there is some chalky material inside of the metal bands.
