Hi Patarack!
We just checked your account and see that you have already had it refunded. Good job! Sorry for any confusion!

Did you go to Membership and cancel the membership once the free trial period was over?

If not, go to Membership, cancel it so that it does not automatically renew and contact support for the refund of the yearly membership fee.

Since you were charge for an annual and not a monthly fee, then you signed up for an annual membership, not the free “monthly” trial

“Annual memberships aren’t eligible for deferred billing since we’re offering a lower monthly fee in exchange for an annual commitment — instead, first-time Annual subscribers receive a free 13th month included as a way of saying thanks and lowering the monthly price even further.”

If you just started the free trial (monthly basis)..you will not officially be charged until the 30 days are over…(cancel membership before then to ensure you are not charged)

You have to be very careful when you sign up, the page is confusing, the 1st option at the top of the page is for the paid membership but the free trial is mentioned in the same area so its confusing. Either way contact support & tell them you intended to sign up only for the free trial.

but also, as mentioned above, the 13th month is actually given as the free month, so its not really even a real “trial”

it is totally backwars, the very definition of a trial is the act of trying or testing something out whereas here you are required to make the purchase 1st. so it is quite decieving calling it a trial
