Last week I received in the mail your USPS package with tracking# 9400116901319771208438, thank you. However, the package contained only one (1) cell case, not two (2) as was ordered per my email to you on 1/4 above. Moreover, it was the WRONG case. What was sent was a larger vertical cell case without the pockets. It is NOT consistent with my Bonanza order #[phone number removed] which was for TWO cases of the following [URL removed] Reiko Horizontal Leather Pouch With Card Holder (5.8X2.93X0.42 inches – SKU #HP500B-582904BK).

This order was originally placed in early December for Christmas delivery. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this immediately so that I need not contact Paypal and Bonanza to dispute the charge within their allotted time.

@jimrank, first of all You’ve added Your letter as an answer to teachertramp’s question (if I may say, not helpful and respectful to Her at all…).

You should contact and solve the problem directly with Your seller. And if there is no solution, then there are next steps, which You’ve already mentioned above, so You know, what to do (again, those steps should be done out of this forum).

I’m sorry You face this problem with Your order, but yet it’s not a reason to publicly call the seller before giving them a chance to solve a mistake they made.

Also, have in mind that not all members are visiting this forum, so it’s not certain that the Seller can read it here.

Have You made this purchase from different account, because on this one You joined on January 2017 (I hope, it’s ok to ask, since You’ve brought this case on forum).
