I am about to lose a sale because the email I got from the “Otto” said that the customer wanted to ship the item to another country. The item had free shipping to the US so I increased the cost of the shipping to cover the additional costs.
However I received a note from the buyer and he just changed the zip code and actually want the item shipped to US.
Now I have to cancel the invoice and send the correct one

Once an order is complete, there is no way to revise the invoice.
If you have your booth set up to review invoices before the offer is finalized, you can edit the invoice to add or remove costs prior to finalizing the order. The following help page has additional information on how to review an [URL removed]

To ensure that you have custom invoicing enabled, go to your “My Bonanza > Account settings > Seller settings” tab and uncheck the option to “When I approve an order, send the buyer their invoice automatically (don’t prompt me to review the invoice)” to ensure that invoices are sent to you for review prior to the order being finalized.
Hope that helps!

I have my booth set up to review the invoice. Which I did. But since the auto mailer indicated that the customer wanted to have item shipped to another country – I made the changes to the invoice. It turns out all he did was change the zip code not the country. So I can only assume that I have lost a sale, I hope not. I have been in touch and suggested he pay the invoiced amount and that I refund the overcharge for shipping.
