Help with changing bank info & routing #

Hi I have been on Bonanza a few years . And want to change my bank info & routing # for my bonanza fees to come out of a different bank account . Is there an easy way to do that? I don’t want my 1,600 items erased , or have to redue my whole store . Is there a very easy way like a button I can click on to just change the info ? Thanks.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble adding a new card to your account. It sounds like our system is having a hard time verifying your card. All verifications are done through a 3rd party credit processor and their system is pretty finicky. The formatting must match exactly what is on your billing statement. The most common reason for error is related to the address. If it’s a debit card, you may want to use the address you had when you originally received the card. Be sure that javascript is enabled and allowed and cookies are allowed for Bonanza.com and Braintreepayments.com

Our system will do a dummy charge of $0.11 to verify your identity. The charge will remain pending for 3 days and then fall off your account. Some banks will block unauthorized transactions under $1.00. We recommend contacting your bank to confirm your billing address and confirm that they are not blocking the verification attempt.

Check under your Seller setting in your Account settings for all payment forms/routing, etc

Never knew anyone used the bank account for seller fees..most just use automatic payments through paypal or credit card

This is very frustrating :0 ughhhh
It will not let me delete the credit card on file .
It also will not let me add a credit card . It keeps saying check your card # and make sure it is correct , whoops error. And I typed it in 3 times correctly .
I need to close that bank account on file with bonanza. It is a business account & the bank is charging me $12.00 a month to have that account . I want to just use my regular checking account .
BONANZA please help . Does Bonanza have a phone # ?
