How can i contact someone about my sales?

I have tried reaching out to Bonanza thru email and submitting a request and haven’t heard anything back. Is there another way to contact them?

Bonanza support is email based. The community is good about helping with things so might post your question here in the forums

The only real way I know is the “Contact” link in the header, other than that support@bonanza.com. It will take a few days for a response.

I submitted four requests through the support form and sent an email, and never got a reply to any of them.

I would try to send a message directly to the support rep on the forums. She publishes the blog and her name is bonanzabrianna. Click on her name on the blog and message her from her profile and ask for assistance.
