Hi @Bagsnfinds,
Thank you for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. Webstore customization options vary depending on the theme you’ve chosen. You will need to be viewing your store in preview mode to make edits. You can read more about how to customize your Webstore on the following help [URL removed]

Hope that helps! If you have any other questions, please let us know at support@bonanza.com.
Kind regards,

Never mind….what I wrote..I thought you were referring to your booth….
Don’t do webstore myself…
however, if right click on an image it will tell you the pixel size..
If you use a photo editing program…the number that it give for photo size..ie 1200 × 800 is pixel size and all photo programs will allow you to adjust the photo size…
Banner for store or banner for booth…
Dee has lots of nice banners for booths…booth banners can be up to 960 × 400 pixels

However, just curious..been here since last May and never bothered to customize your booth, booth banner, avatar, or anything…why????

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
