Hello! I’m a new seller on this site. I looked around and saw many shop could create a drop-down menu but I can not find it anywhere in my settign shop.
Could you help me how to do it?

Can you be more specific as to where you are seeing the drop down menu, may help get your question answered.

Drop down menus are available in many of the fashion categories for different sizes/colors and can be accessed/created when the listing is created. (Not sure if this can be done at import or only can be done in edit mode).
If this option is available in other categories, I am unsure, however, here is the blog information on how to create the drop-down menus
