How do i cancel membership account

I have signed to a 1 year gold membership
but i really don’t see a point keeping it

ones of reasons i have sign to a membership account was because the chat with support option .

but now it seems the chat option is not available/working.

how do i cancel my gold membership account

Sorry that live chat has not been available for you. We are pretty backed up with our email support and have been directing resources towards that. We will do our best to make sure that live chat is available to you from 10am-5pm PST, M-F.

Sorry you’re not seeing the benefit of the membership. If you’re paying month to month, I believe you can just cancel at the end of your month. If you’ve paid a full year in advance, I believe you must wait out the year and then don’t renew it. Here’s the link that explains the membership payment and cancellation options. [URL removed]
