I signed up for 13%, but would now like to reduce this 9%. When I click on the button for 9% it will not change, however I can go up. Am I locked into the 13% forever???

If you have items listed on eBay from Bonz that have not run out or sold, it will stay until the 30 day period is up. When it is up you can change it again to what you would like.

I’ve changed mine several times, even going back to the old basic 3.5%. I recently went back to 9%. The advertising is your choice. There’s no way you’d be locked in to 13%.
I assume you’re on the “sell on Bonanza”, “advertise items” page. I just clicked around, up and down from my 9% and all were clickable. I would try again. If you don’t have success, definitely contact support.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
