I am trying to list some items with different sizes. I have looked everywhere for item variation option, ans I cannot find it.

In some of the categories there’s the option to list variations (color, size, etc.) within one listing. In others, that option isn’t available and you have to create different listings.
If you’re talking about clothing sizes, I submitted a suggestion some time ago on Feedback and you’re welcome to vote for it…here’s the [URL removed]

Items like pens, crayons, paints, paper, canvases, and envelopes come in many sizes and colors and the best way to list them would be with multiple variations.
It would be good business to add multiple variations to the crafts and office supplies sections.
