How do you vet the sellers on bonanza?

I’ve contacted the seller (and Bonanza) numerous times regarding an order that I have yet to receive and have received no response from the seller or Bonanza. Is there any type of vetting process that takes place on Bonanza merchants?

You can also file a dispute/inquiry through the payment processor you used.

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi jondarp. Sorry you have not received your order. It looks like you have opened up a dispute in our Order Resolution Center which will guide you the rest of the way.

Bonanza has many requirements and most sellers are personally reviewed by a human before they can post items for sale. Hard to comment on why your order has not arrived but we do hope that you receive your order soon.

I don’t think so that there is any vetting type for the users if they want to contact the merchant. You can check [URL removed] to learn more new writing ways to completer their work. Because this is the universal rule that the users can ask the merchants directly. By the way, i did not try this but this is my opinion.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
