How to deactivate pro account

I find the fees here confusing. I am new here and still not using this site much, so I am not that familiar with the site. However, I am trying to even find my billing at the moment with no luck which seems a little user “unfriendly”.
After having some sales around the holidays, traffic and sales have disappeared. It is no longer worth it to me to pay for a pro gold membership and I would like to either cancel my booth completely or go to a booth with $0 monthly fees if nothing sells.
Can someone tell me how to switch from (apparently) a pro gold level to a booth with no monthly fee unless I have sales?
Thank you!

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello @CuriousDave,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. We had a look at your account and see that you are subscribed as a basic member, which means you are not registered for a premium account. The basic memberships have no monthly fees; you just pay a small final value fee after your items sell. You can read more about Bonanza’s pricing structure on the following [URL removed]

Sellers are able to view their billing statement along with details surrounding payments made to Bonanza at any time on their account. Log into your account and click on the “My Booth” link in the upper left-hand corner of any page (this is also the page you are directed to when you first log into your Bonanza account). On the left side of the “My Booth” page is a navigation tool bar. Click on the “Fees” tab, then select “Statements” to view your billing statement. Scroll to the bottom of the page for a summary of payments made. Clicking into each month will allow you to view your transactions and associated fees. Hope that helps! Let us know at our support department if we can be of further assistance. Thanks for your support of Bonanza!

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
