Did you log out of your Bonanza account and click on the links as a “guest”? You may be seeing the personal information because you are logged into your own account. Perhaps a guest won’t be able to see the same info. ([URL removed] I didn’t try any of this with my own info, so I am just speculating based on how other similar things work on Bonanza).

If You remove Your Twitter and Instagram links from there (click on the ‘edit’ link next to them), then “Contact Information” will not be shown on Your profile page.

Welcome to Bonanza and good luck!

OK, Twitter and Instagram links are gone now, as You wished. But Your address, name, etc. – no, don’t delete these data! add them again! They are necessary, but nobody else can see them, because they are on Your ‘Settings / Account Info’ page, which is visible only to You (and Bonanza staff).

Here is Your PERSONAL information, which is confidential and visible only to you and [URL removed] go to ‘Account → Account Dashborad → Settings → Account Info’.

And here You can edit/add/delete Your PUBLIC [URL removed] go to ‘Selling → Selling Dashboard → Booth Settings → Title & Overview’, etc.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
