How to re submit a denied( accidentally) payment .

I sold an item,then mistakingly denied the buyers payment on PayPal. The buyer agreed to re send payment, how would she go about this,through PayPal orbonanza?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hi TrinaK3. Congrats on your sale! If you denied the payment the first time around then the transaction will not call back (show) on Bonanza. Best case scenario would be to relist the item and have the buyer repeat the process.

Another option is to send the buyer a custom invoice via Bonanza. To do so, go to your “Seller Dashboard > Orders > Create invoice” Here is a link to that [URL removed] [URL removed]
