My items were imported from Amazon yet the variable options for size did come over. I sell my products by size which allows the buyer to select from a drop down box along with changes the price where applicable.
Where do set this up in my booth?

You will have to go into the listings and set those options.
Add/Edit
Select the Many Sizes option in the item traits
Boxes just above the item description will appear
Fill in the options needed
Click on the Add link under the boxes to add more options
