First time buyer here. I bought two items from a booth on 2/28 and requested tracking info. As far as i know this still hasnt shipped as pf 3/3. The seller or bonanza hasnt responded to messages, so i have no idea what else to do? Is there a phone number i can call without buying the pro membership?? HELPPPP

Have you contacted the seller and asked where it is? It’s really only a few days. I’d wait until it is one week since you ordered, then contact the seller. If they don’t respond, send a message to Bonanza using the Contact link at the bottom of this page.

Don’t panic yet. A little patience may solve the issue.
It may be that the Seller missed or didn’t receive payment notification, or they ship within 3-4 business days after payment clears instead of within a day like most buyers expect.
Or something along those lines, they could have been in an accident or ill, bad weather delay, etc.
Verify that your payment was made. Been a lot of website problems lately. Most online payment processors have Buyer protection policies that you can pursue after a specific time frame that allows for standard fulfillment.
Check for details on their shipping policy, link located on their booth page left side column. May tell you what their shipping time is.
Also on left side column is a link to their profile which shows when they were last logged in unless profile is marked to private.
Check your Bmail folder for response, and/or your personal bulk mail folder for replies. Sometimes communications stray.
Double check the listing for any mention of special orders, vacation dates or general fulfillment times that you may have overlooked.
Maybe leave a message in their booth Chat box if they have one.
If in a few days you don’t receive your items, a response from the seller and Bonanza, you should review your payment processors claim process and proceed. Maybe try contacting again before doing that.
Let support@bonanza.com know all the details of your purchase, contact attempts and claim for item not received so they can follow up with the Seller as necessary.
