If you are editing attributes in Search Opt, note that the year and author attr are retired. I know they SAY you don’t have to remove them, but I’m sure we will at some time.

For whatever reason, your ISBN did not carry over from traits to attributes, so just add it in SO.

I do not see the ISBN in the attributes. You need to add it via the BE. Once added the false identifier should no longer appear.

The isbn IS included in the original listing. Bonz has added FALSE so it doesn’t show in attributes.

as texas says

once isbn is added the [[identifier_[URL removed] disappear

it is now a requirement (or will be soon) that if items do not have isbn-13 (for books), or 2 of the 3 upc, mpn/brand, then [[identifier_[URL removed] has to be in the google feed

Here is some information in the old forums…read before gone…

The isbn is already listed on my posting. Because bonz has added a blanket FALSE, it doesn’t show .

ccmom says: June 09, 2013

I notice that there is now 3 boxes to add isbn..if you do not get the ‘right one’ then the isbn attribute does not carry over..if isbn is not i SO, then add it to the other boxes or in BE

The isbn WAS added as the book was listed in the correct location for isbn 13..

I’ve listed the book correctly.
The problem does not lie with me.
Bonanza has applied a blanket FALSE statement to this and almost every other listing that I have.
The information has been entered correctly by me, Bonanza has not done their part.
I don’t know how to make this any plainer.

The isbn entered was isbn13 which is used as a trait in Bonanza search, it will not translate to the required attribute in Google which is just isbn and not isbn13. Therefore google does not show a valid isbn. If you add in BE, the false will go away. Try it, it will work.

ccmom says: June 09, 2013

as said above..with the addition of the extra isbn boxes..it needs, it needs to be in isbn or it remains a trait and not an attribute…put it in the box and the identifier false will disappear…

ccmom says: June 09, 2013

yes…bonz changed the item traits for books and caused the problems…but isbn is the attribute, isbn-10; isbn-13 are the traits

When we look at the attributes you’ve copied and pasted, we don’t see the ISBN showing among them.

The ISBN has to be included in the attributes (or traits, when you’re listing the item) in order for the identifier_[URL removed] to disappear.

It won’t be picked up from your title.

If you’ve included it in your traits/attributes and it’s not showing, you need to contact support@bonanza.com so that they can fix a technical problem.

If you haven’t added it in the correct place in the listing, then the only way to make it go away is to go to the batch editor, search optimize, and add it.

As already mentioned ,the isbn was added to the original listing. Bonzsofware has deleted it.T

Unfortunately, we can’t help you with a problem that’s on the technical end of things with Bonanza. You really do need to contact support directly and give them a chance to rectify whatever the problem is.
