This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello @emanueldignity,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. The eBay importer is designed to bring over active “Buy it Now” listings from the US site ebay.com. If you are attempting to import from ebay.co.uk, the importer will not copy those listings. Please make sure your items are active on the ebay.com site and try importing again.

By default, the importer will only copy “Buy it Now” listings, so if you are trying to import auctions or unsold items, you will want to update your import settings. Go to your Import from eBay page and click the link to cancel the current sync, then show the advanced options. Check the box(es) to "Import auctions that don’t have a “Buy it Now” price" and/or “Import auctions that didn’t sell,” then reimport your items.

Hope that helps. Let us know at support@bonanza.com if you continue to experience issues with the importer. Welcome to the Bonanza community!

Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
