Why isn’t my Live dashboard showing me any data?

If there are no visitors to your booth in a particular time period, Live Web Insights will not have any data to show. When that happens, you’ll see a message on your dashboard that will invite you to visit your own site and then refresh your Live dashboard ensure it is reporting properly.

Has anyone got this message and tried to refresh their Live dashboard?

Also, I just checked my seller settings under my account settings and the Enable Live Web Insights box was unchecked, so I check marked it and clicked save changes. Hopefully that was it.

Didn’t get a message to refresh and rechecking box in setting and saving also did not [URL removed]

Don’t bother with Lexity, since it was bought by Yahoo and on many occasions is too glitchy anyway

Disagree CindyBear- use this tool every day as it provides good insights into what’s happening in your booth.

It’s also a holiday weekend; there’s probably nobody around to fix it. I never rely on those numbers anyway.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
