There was an option to allow local pick up but that option disappeared when during one of the editor updates about 1 1/2 years ago…as to local pick up only….there really was not an option for that…you just had to put it in the listing…you can add it in the box that says ships within xx business days would probably be the best option

under shipping on the listing form and buyer will not be able to check-out, you will get an Offer message…

If you go to Update Items (batch edit)

Select Shippng
[URL removed] Set max business days before item ships
Enter Pick-up only in the box
Select Items
Apply Changes

then the items that you selected will say See Item Description Pick Up Only

that is if you choose See Item Description under shipping options when you made the listing

One comment though about ccmom’s suggestion. If you put something in the “ships within” box, it will appear in all listings. I don’t believe there’s a way to isolate that box for just one listing.

I do agree that you should obviously not enter a shipping price but rather have it state “contact seller”. And in the description, not all the way at the bottom though, in perhaps a larger font, indicate, pick-up only.

Well that is silly. They need to put that option back in. CCMOM There is no option in batch edit either.

I was thinking of selling on Bonanza but due to no local pick up option I may have to rethink it.

If they had local pick up option would be awsome to sell on Bonanza.When seller and buyer meet …buyer clicks recieved on Bonanza before departing.

Has “pickup” been added back to bonanza?
I noticed you can sort by “pending pickup” under “item Status” in bulk update.
