Most of my record of past messages have disappeared.
All but a hand full from the past few months.
The same with my other store, only there are a few more left
in it.

Mine were all there when I first read this post, now just from April of this year to current. It really would have been nice to have a heads up on this so sellers had the option to save important bmails if needed.

I save all b-mails that are important to my save file. We have known for a long time now that they delete older b-mails!

mine have been sanitized as well. Last time we at least got a warning so we could save what we needed to. Wonder how they decided what ones to keep :(

Mine are by date. Seems like all from July to now are still there and the older ones are gone. I’ll be saving them as I go from now on if I think I will need it later.
