Hi there! I can edit my banner but the next day it reverts back to a default one. Hope you guys fix this soon! I keep fixing the banner but it doesn’t seem to stick.

AHA! I was wondering what was going on! This happened to me the other day in two of my booths and I replaced them both (Unfortunately I couldn’t find my original for my MugShots booth and had to make another) and now this one has reverted AGAIN to the default .

It looks like it may be fixed now..just logged in and the banner was still there.![URL removed]

Try changing your banner by HOVERING YOUR MOUSE Over the RIGHT Side UPPER corner of Your Banner, and You’ll See in BLUE LETTERING “Update header” << . . .
You might have to TRY to upload your new banner MORE than once, as I’ve had to do recently, before it actually ’’Took’’

My banner has disappeared and been replaced with a generic banner twice in the last couple of days so something is definitely going on.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
