I don’t offer “international” shipping, but I told a customer from Canada that I would try to investigate the pricing. I am coming up with about $30.00/ priority for the package.
I would like someone that is experience with shipping to Canada to help me.

About $30 is correct for USPS Priority Mail International. First Class Package International is available for around $14, if the buyer doesn’t need it right away, and Delivery Confirmation is now included to Canada if labels are purchased online. USPS doesn’t offer insurance on that service, but you can add it via 3rd party insurers.
